Refund policy

In the event that your live plants arrive in extremely damaged conditions or dead:  a refund, replacement, or store credit will be provided.  In order to qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit, we must be notified within 24 hours of your delivered order, with images of the damaged or dead plants.  

If ordering during the winter months, please add a heat pack to your order to ensure the best outcome during the shipment process.  Please add heat packs at your own discretion.
